http://terrafirmarealestate.ca/insiders-guide-to-mould/mold-cartoon-nowords/ At Weavers Community Forum, we start with a conversation, and the development of trust and understanding then establish the reason why the individual is looking for work. Is it to pay the rent or begin a career? What skills do they have? What skills or experience might they need? What agencies might help them? What steps can they take to get them closer to their goals and when can they take those steps?
http://brightstartravel.com.au/2019/page/2/ We then walk the participant through these steps, taking time regularly to reflect with the individual, take stock, and work out what is next for them. The Forum’s Employment advisor’s tailor our support and guidance to each individual’s needs. We also work with project participants to identify any additional barriers and to discuss strategies to overcome them. The project trains individuals to obtain accredited qualifications and also connects participants with employers and signpost them for further training and development.
